Positive Thinking brings blessings.
Unshakeable Faith brings miracles.
Holy Dream brings visions.
WE DESIRE TO SEE EVERY NATION TRANSFORMED AS WE SHARE THE GOOD NEWS WITH JUSTICE, MERCY, LOVE AND POWER.
To the Spirit-filled leaders of the Pentecostal Churches across the globe! Peace be with you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!
Although the world is still under the influence of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are gradually moving toward the “With Corona Era.” As the world tries to break away from the COVID-19 Pandemic, we must pray for God’s fresh outpouring, a new spiritual revival and expansion of God’s Kingdom. The theme of the 2022 Pentecostal World Conference (PWC) in Korea is the Pentecostal Revival for our “NEXT GENERATION.” I pray that God will establish and use the next generation of Pentecostal leaders to open a new era of mission work.

I pray that the 2022 Pentecostal World Conference serves as a valuable catalyst that opens the first chapter of this new era. May the Lord raise up the next generation and through this conference may the flames of the Pentecostal revival reach the ends of the earth.
I believe that leaders and saints of the Pentecostal Movement all around the world will gather in one place, here at Yoido Full Gospel Church, home to the world’s largest church, As God’s people worship together, with one heart, united, lifting holy hands and crying out in unison, I believe we will witness the Power of God and His hand at work. I hope you will join us as we witness this amazing scene in history.
Korea is proud to host Pentecostal leaders from around the world for the 26th Pentecostal World Conference. We welcome you to be part of this global event which will be held on Oct. 12-14, 2022.
OUR THEME: Pentecostal Revival in the Next Generation
We are asking the Holy Spirit to raise up the NEXT GENERATION of leaders to spread the fire of Pentecostal revival to the ends of the earth. As the world emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic, we anticipate the establishment of a new era of mission-driven forward by the next generation of Pentecostal leaders. With the gathering of Representatives of the Pentecostal movement from all around the world in Yoido Full Gospel Church, the world’s largest church, we see God’s mighty hand working to bring global impact for His Kingdom. Holy Spirit, come, raise up the NEXT GENERATION!
With more and more people getting vaccinated and international travel becoming feasible, it is time now to gather Pentecostal leaders worldwide to pray for the next generation who will carry the Great Commission in this era. Come join us as we pray. In this three-day event, you will have the opportunity to engage with Pentecostal leaders from around the globe and hear key speakers share how to prepare your nation for new revival through the next generation of leaders in the pandemic era. The final day of the conference is significant because participants will gather for a global prayer meeting at the DMZ Peace Park, located along the demilitarized zone between North and South Korea. The Holy Spirit is on the move! We believe that God is shaking up the Korean peninsula as the global church prays for peaceful reunification. All around the globe, our world is in need of a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit who will raise up the NEXT GENERATION for Christ’s mission to this world!
Why Korea? Why Now?
The Holy Spirit birthed the first church 2,000 years ago and continued His ministry all throughout as He was also at the center of the Azusa Street Revival and the Pyongyang Revival in the early 20th century. The Gospel has been spread strongly around the world with the message of the Cross and the willingness to die preaching Christ. Within the past century, many Western Missionaries came to Korea and devoted themselves fully to the advancement of the Gospel. Korea has become the world’s second largest missionary producing country today by the grace and blessing of God.
It hasn’t been long since the Gospel has entered Korea. It is difficult to find a country in this world that has experienced God’s blessing (grace) in such a way that it has turned the nation completely around.
First of all, Korea grew exponentially with God’s amazing grace from the ashes of the Korean War which cast the country into darkness. The three years of war from 1950 to 1953 nearly destroyed all industrial facilities. Korea was in the same situation as the person who was stripped, beaten and left for dead alongside the road in the Bible. However, God had mercy on our nation. He wrapped us and treated our wounds and restored us. God created the Miracle of the Han River. He raised us from the ruins and blessed us. Despite the many difficulties and set backs of the economy, Korea has now developed into the 10th largest economic power in the world.
Secondly, God established Rev. Yonggi Cho to pioneer Yoido Full Gospel Church, delivering powerful Pentecostal messages and sharing the many spiritual blessings to Korea and the rest of world. Rev. Cho taught spirituality (the ministry of the Holy Spirit) and system (strategies and disciplines to exercise the power). Cell groups and the “Church within a Church model” has multiplied Yoido Full Gospel into one of the largest churches in the world.
We know that all things are possible with God and we can testify that the anointing of the Holy Spirit revived this small and ruined nation. As the country sat hopeless, the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ awakened us, the Spirit empowering us to heal and bless. This revival in the midst of adversity gave us the hope and boldness needed to arise. Bridges were built and platforms created to reach people all around the world. Even now, culturally, Korea is making waves with K-Hallyu.
Korea has already hosted the PWC back in 1973 and 1998. In 2022, the PWC will be held again in Korea. Why Korea? I believe there is a reason for it. This conference will be the catalyst to launch us into the “With Corona Era” not with fear and doubt but with boldness and vision. We are in need for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit. We need this filling to raise the Next Generation and boldly share the Gospel of Jesus Christ! During the three-day event of the 2022 PWC, we will be equipped by the anointing of the Holy Spirit and share strategies of effective pastoral and missional work through the power of the Spirit during the “With Corona Era.”
In addition, I believe that the Holy Spirit will shake the Korean Peninsula and create history as Pentecostals gather in one heart and mind. Churches in Korea and all around the world will pray for peace and unification through the Gospel. In one voice we will cry out to the Lord at the DMZ Peace Park where North Korea can be seen. Please join us in this historic moment as we pray with one heart and mind. We invite you to the 2022 PWC as we pray for peace around the world and for a unified Korea. The Holy Spirit will move when we cry out to Him! Witness with your eyes in what the Lord will do at the 2022 PWC. All Pentecostal Spirit-filled leaders are invited to join the conference and global prayer meetings.

Located at the heart of the Korean Peninsula, Seoul has always been an important strategic point throughout the centuries in terms of defense and the economy, from one kingdom to the next.
The Pentecostal World Fellowship is a cooperative body of Pentecostal churches and groups worldwide of approved standing. It is not a legislative body to any national entity, but it is rather a coalition of commitment for the furtherance of the Gospel to the ends of the world.
Triennially, the Pentecostal World Fellowship (PWF) organizes the Pentecostal World Conference for Pentecostal and Spirit-filled leaders. The PWF is comprised of ministry organizations that serve almost 100 million members globally. It was in May 1947 that Swiss pastor Leonard Steiner, David J. du Plessis, J. Roswell Flower and Donald Gee organized a conference for Pentecostal leaders. Triennial conferences followed and in 1961, this celebrative gathering was officially named the Pentecostal World Conference (PWC). PWC 2022 in Seoul will continue this dynamic legacy.
Believing for an outpouring of the Spirit!
—The Executive Committee
The Pentecostal World Fellowship is a cooperative body of Pentecostal churches and groups around the world by mutual agreement. It is not a legislative body of a national entity, but is a compromise coalition with the advance of the gospel to the ends of the earth and therefore functions as a service agent:
